How We Solved It with Agentic AI

We combined Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with an Agentic AI pipeline — creating a smooth and intelligent document understanding system that feels like talking to a domain expert. This system can operate both offline and online.

3. Chunking & Embedding

  • The system breaks large documents into smaller, meaningful sections before analyzing them using:
  • Sentence Transformers (Open Source)
  • Gemini AI embeddings
  • These embeddings are stored in a vector database (FAISS/Pinecone), allowing Agentic AI to retrieve contextually accurate information from even massive document sets.

4. RAG-Based Q&A

  • When a user asks a question, the system locates the most relevant chunks from the document.
  • It generates a concise, context-aware answer — directly grounded in your data.
  • No hallucinations. No vague summaries. Just precise, Agentic AI-generated responses backed by your documents.
